I tried inserting a bitmap image in the game but it comes up with an error.
<bitmap:C/Users/Robert/Pictures/Test>

You cannot access files that are not in the game directory.

Are Images allowed to be added into the Default folder, because It's not showing up?

It has to be in base/ add-ons/ screenshots/ config/ or saves/

Also don't forget that people on your server won't see the images unless you make a datablock for it.
