Not to start a stuffstorm or anything but I think that there were references to dinosaurs in the bible. It mentions that god created a race of creature that was evil, or chaotic. Then, because he resented the creation he wiped them out. This would explain, in a way, the life and death of dinosaurs.

the drug companies cant sell something that dosnt treat a disease. so they lobby to make any common ailments a "disease". even things for add/adhd where it is just as well cured by proper child raising and some self control.

i mean you can take a pill that does anything.

pills that make you sleep, suddenly not being able to sleep is a "disease" lets treat the ailment and not the causes.

pills that make you stay awake. feeling sleepy is now a "disease" lets treat the ailment and not the causes.

I believe in it and I can easily turn Atheist if I so desire. I actually got stronger in my faith without my parent's aid.

But yeah, most children do have it forced on them and seem apathetic about it.
