Finally finished it. Moved text in front, edited out most of the light, added effects to make Brady look darker and fit in with the dark background, and added a "Sign-Up" box in the corner.

Text is slanted forward and looks awkward to me.
White text over the green and white field is hard to read.

It's an improvement, at least.

But yes, still needs work. Make football guy less transparent, but make the subtext larger, in front, and fill the entire width of the image.

You should probably edit that out.

You should use, like a trans gradient and cut off the part of the football player that is on the football field so then the text is easier to read. Add a snazzy slogan, and add some fake small text at the bottom featuring legal stuff. Usually posters have one or the other.
For example, sorry this was rushed to give an example

You used a better picture of the player but whatever filter you used on him looks weird.


Also the black text on the side is more unreadable than the white text was.

I'd put the, "Can you make the throw," text slightly lower so that it isn't overlapping the white number on his outfit.

The black text is even harder to read, and you should add a drop shadow or border and make that sign up box bigger.
