They're three barreled tubes that shoot "missiles" (more like shells) that have a altimeter and are set to explode at a pre-defined height. The missiles are 20mm and have a steel coating and a charge equivalent to 5 grams of C4.
It's a ton of grain or a half-ton of citrus fruit per unit and 99 shells (included).

Kind of odd how you would go straight from nothing to an advanced Mono-fighter. We weren't crossing the border, the Po-2s were patrolling THE border, keeping an eye on your military on the other side. Since you have threatened me, Po-2 flights are being increased again. Almost all of the I-16s have been replaced by MiG-1s.

The new military doctrine has officially been announced done. All soldiers are carrying shiny new weapons in fancy uniforms. Currently, 1,498 citizens have been checked and given a Falling block rifle for their own use.

A new ZiS model, the 6, has been created using the ZiS 5's frame. The only difference is the ZiS 6 has 6 axels, the 5 having 4.

All rebuilding of all cities and villages damaged in the revolution is complete.

You aren't Avalonia... By the way what kind of biplanes did Avalonia even have? You guys don't specify anything except what it is. E.G. You guys: "We have Biplanes." SWAT and I: "We have Po-2s, Mosin Nagant's, etc."

It would be a lot easier to picture your armies...
