Ok so I once took a lot of happy pills and was REALLY durnk on neopets.com and later i got banned is there a way to resolve this issue that I am having? Please.. write back soon It was a level 86 neo pet and I really want it back please..

(p.s.: can you draw me on a motorcycle while doing drugs and shooting cops and doing drugs?)
