I don't get it. And I don't know what you mean by static lol that's simply not a musical term. Maybe white noise? But even then I still don't know what you're talking about.

loving hell jd

edit: reuploading, YouTube cut the video for some reason
edit: uploading now, also, Daedalus, the secret is FL is more professional than Ableton and until you learn that, you're going to suck donkey balls.

Holy stuff, LOVING that buildup and drop. Beginning melody is also awesome.

[: why thank you. I'm glad you had something to say about those specific parts, I worked the hardest on them.

Your secret just made my YouTube favorites :)

it doesn't sound smooth, it sounds low quality and staticy/white noise-y, like, i can't explain it without using the word static.

You mean it sounds compressed and distorted? It's intentional. I find that true dubstep fans enjoy it and those who don't like it won't want to listen to it, which makes life easier for me. I like it.

I, too, enjoy it. Also, JD, is it just YouTube or do you purposely upload your songs in 240p?

I export the videos in 240p with maximum audio quality, to save myself uploading time and viewers downloading time to watch the video. Plus it decreases the chance of YouTube compressing the audio whatsoever. (:

I see, interesting. Perhaps you could upload two different versions, one in HD and one in 240p? Just a suggestion.

Well why bother, there's nothing to watch, it's all audio lol

There's quite a noticeably large difference in quality between the audio in a 240p video and a 720p video.

Right but not mine, it would make literally no difference because the video is pre-compressed with the audio kept at maximum quality. There'd be no difference.
