You have to forward an email to the CIA asking them to file a clan report. They will then authorize a clearing for your clan, and give you a temporary title until you fill out the proper paperwork for the clan. Once done, you send in the paperwork and they will translate it into a top secret code they have, and then give you a clan template via email.

You then open your clans ports via 14474 and download a second copy of Blockland.

Once this is done, click on account group settings and uncheck 'regular member'.

Now your clan should show up.

You skipped the part where you have to set up an agreement with Torque & Garage Games. They are part of Blockland so they have to get involved. Setting up with them requires about 5 bucks a month, then you open your  clan ports
