I don't know how my AP World History class is stuffty and useless... considering it's a college course...

I have no idea what you even mean by this.

Isn't it funny how fast a harmless topic spirals into a flamewar?

I guess we're on two separate pages or some stuff
it seemed a lot like you were implying that high school classes are stuffty and useless

I use a mac...

with a Windows 8 Developer Preview partition :D I would honestly prefer Win 7, but I'm not going to say no to Win 8. I really like Win 7 actually, it appears to work quite flawlessly in our school environment in which 90% of the machines are Windows.

Well they mostly are stuffty and useless, but I was assuming he took a lot of easy artsy fartsy courses which is what my previous comment was referencing. If that's not that case then *shrug*.

it depends on what you want to do after and in college
though I do agree that art classes (except band) are generally useless
for teaching things like the rule of thirds and other things (whatever would be the art equivalent of music theory I guess) they could be useful
but other than that, if you can't already draw well a class isn't going to help

taking this to computer thread

I find it funny that people buys macs and then install windows. Kindof defeats the purpose of buying one in the first place.

Macbooks, the Airs and Pros especially, have really great design.  If you have the money then by all means go for it but I personally dislike OS X.

I'm in college you bitch

I just have this week, then next, then two-week winter break :megusta:
