With a leader, all the pressure of decisions would be put on one person, who may make mistakes
while if we had no leader and tossed in ideas at random we will probably make many mistakes, but will all be able to think of something
Hmmm...
Two people lead then.
That'll make sense, they both make a decision, the better of which will be used.
If they agree upon the same thing, it will take effect.
There are flaws, but it's better than going leaderless.
