He's looking straight at you. That's not going to work until you either get anenchanted invisibility item or until your dexterity is like.. oh.. 30.

The only way you could get a sneaky kill would be a 2-turn deal. This turn you would charge behind the rocks. Possibly a move-silently check to see if e doesn't notice cause he is looking at his dead friend. Then the next turn you could get him from behind.

Or just a straightforward attack. Or maybe something else unique? Pick anything

Is there anyone in front of me? maybe I can use their shoulders as leverage to jump higher and stab him in the face

Loot them.
Hell, take their clothes if it's better than yours.
Somebody should use their weapons.
Go loot the general area for... plants.
If you find lockpicks, give them to Master, he's the theif.

Oh, and tea-bag them.
