Nope.  an enchanted one would, but this is just a standard amulet

You can maybe do some weak crap once you're experienced.. You find stuff mostly or buy it.

Player-enchanters are pretty suckish.  Its best to just find cool stuff and buy other stuff.

I will also add this, just so everyone knows:  On this continent there is a special thing for each player.  Some will have to happen at later levels, some will just come once you talk to the right people.  If one person does theirs before the other, do not think it is unfair, because there is one extra special thing for each player.

And there is a bunch of other stuff too
