Don't use portforwarding and use UpNp at the same time, either use one, or another. That was what helped me when I had the same problem.

I did Port Forward, i did and didnt distable UPnP and it still didnt work.

ok, The thing I did to solve my server problem was to disable port forwarding, then to enable UpNp. Then, my server started working right. All I did was: go on my router and delete the all portforwarding I did for Blockland. But it looks like you have a different problem.

If your internet is cutting out when the phone rings then someone forgeted up and I'd sort that out first. If your dad did it, don't trust a word he says about port forwarding.
