Squideey's brick texture install help

each time I add the textures to where it say's it never works why I dont know I add them right I use both win rar and winzip and I dont know what im doing wrong when I use win rar I see 2 foldiers when I use winzip just the files that say brick that have to be added and still nothing, am I doing something wrong is it my blockland my computer? I have never had this kind of problem before even when I add add-ons but I dought it be the same...

Wow i told you how like 6 times.

When you install the textures, set them to read only. The launcher won't overwrite them that way, therefore making them your brick textures.
