Should get avg 30FPS on BF3 maxed, 35 to 40 if OC'd. Great card though, best bang for your buck. Oh BTW, you will be able to play SR3 and Skyrim 60FPS constant.

6870 = in your budget, plus best card in your budget and even a bit higher then your budget.

5670 is okay. i can run terraria on max settings full screen fine. i can run srt3 fine as well.

Any non-intel card made within the last 7 years can run it fine...

It depends how much room you have in your case, your PSU wattage (or amperage if listed,) your CPU, and your RAM.
