My cousin's connection is a pure piece of crap and I begin to wonder if it's Comcast doing this or the router was at least $1.
It constantly turns off and five bars apparently means the download rate of 13kb per second.

1st of all if this becomes another trucking speedtest thread i will explode, second of all not only does my internets suck but my display driver legit crashed every 15 seconds so if im watching or playing anything it crashes.

Sounds like your graphics card might be dieing
