Obama would veto it even if it got passed down to congress. The people in charge of this don't even know anything about the internet. Mr. Scott or whatever even said he is not fond of technology what so ever.

If you remove the "O" and the last "A" in Obama, you get BAM. Then, if you replace the "B" with an "I", the "A" with an "L", and the "M" with a "T", you get "ilt"! And then, if you rearrange the "l" and the "T", add "er" at the end, and "H" at the beginning - get this - it spells Riddler.
