Author Topic: So I play the bass now.  (Read 928 times)

I like, understand it now. I can play some songs from Scott Pilgrim vs The World (Garbage Truck mostly)
Pumped Up Kicks
and some riff from a White Stripes song.

I learned these all in one day, only the White Stripes Riff was taught to me, I figured out the Pumped Up Kicks stuff with a guitar playing friend and I looked up the tabs for Garbage Truck.

One day, not bad.

Fingers are starting to bleed.

when i play the guitar my fingers go wired.

My skin on my fingers started like, molting when I first picked up bass. Good job learning so fast, glad you find it fun.

mmmmmmmm

My fingers will be bleeding and sore all day tomorrow but it's so worth it holy forgetsack.

I got blisters on my hands when I first started drumming.

Damn instruments of torture ;_;

Is it because you're black?

will you playing the bass result in another life problem or what

I hear its best to not let your fingers bleed, and let them rest or they won't get callouses, and you have to go through it all over again.

Learn The Impression that I Get. My friend says it's painful to play

Doodermang let's make a band k thx

saxophone just makes my back hurt
carrying the case around in middle school was actually more painful than playing the instrument

My friend's been playing Bass all his life, and his fingers are so calloused they scratch the surface of those picture-changing-when-you-turn-them book covers.

I should convince my sister to learn the bass so that we can both cover Scott Pilgrim vs. The World songs.
