Resonance energy is the chills you get when you experience something epic.

Force energy is the energy you can feel when you make a psi ball or a construct.

Subtle energy is given off by all living things, particularly other people and yourself. I can feel it and manipulate it inside of my body as I type this (and inside of others if I get the chance to focus on them, though I have little to no practice with it so I'm not very good at it yet).

Heat/power energy is new to me, I feel it very seldomly, and I'm not entirely sure what Its use is. It is like a welling of heat in your chest that feels good.

I use the words power and energy interchangeably.

Obviously you have some interest in it, otherwise you would have passed this thread over, or left by now. These are things I have experienced, believe me or don't it doesn't matter to me either way. In face fact (lol my fingers are cold), it's better that you don't believe me unless you have had experiences like mine, I've been doing this stuff for at least a full year by now.
