i have the same laptop and it is a piece of stuff (probably because it doesn't have a drive and the battery is dead)

Honestly your best bet is a pawn shop, as nothing sold that much retail is worth buying as far as laptops go.

Mines $2000 but I saw one in New Zealand, Christchurch in Noel Leaming for $200
It has 2 GB Ram and some other features.

if ethan can't help you: you're forgeted

"decent" is pretty vague.

My computer is "decent" with a 3.1ghz processor and 512 mb of ram.

This laptop is doing alright for me.

Mine has 2GB RAM, 80GB HDD, and a 2GHz Core 2 Duo. Windows 7 works perfectly on it.

Yeah maybe if you're content with eating stuff in the dust...

The entire Latitude line was awful.  It might've been my D610 and it's single core processor, but it was just horrid.

There are very few "decent" laptops for under $200.  Me, I wouldn't even consider it, but
good luck lol

Are you from NZ?
I am too.
