When I play FPS games on my Xbox, I sometimes try to aim but most of the time I keep missing and die because I'm getting so excited and my hands are getting shaky. Is there anyway to prevent or stop this from happening?

I would suggest turning down your sensitivity but that doesn't work too great on a controller, since it limits how quickly you can turn much worse than a mouse.
