Trojan Virus on Laptop.

I've been doing all of the normal things I've been doing, nothing out of the ordinary, nothing downloaded lately.
All of a sudden my computer alerts me there is a trojan antivirus.

One thing is that the default antivirus (Win7 or something like that) isn't registered and wont let me do stuff, like open my other antivirus. And costs like $70. Which I can't exactly do right now.

YOu ahve a fake anti-virus virus. Basically it's an atni-virus program that looks like it's from Windows 7, but is actually a virus itself lol.

I've never used it. I had symantec, and haven't had any problems before now.

I believe that MSE comes default with ONLY Win7 so far.

Malware.

To get rid of it.
Download Rkill
Run Rkill
Download Malwarebytes.
Quickscan, Remove Problems, Don't Restart, Scan again on Full.
Restart is optional.
Run Rkill again for safety.
If nothing proceeds to bother you then you should be good.

If you have another computer and a flashdrive or disk that would be easiest.
When I get rid of viruses, I rarely use safe mode so I don't think you should need safemode. If internet works regularly without redirecting you then dl Rkill and Malwarebytes immediately.

This almost never works. But I guess its worth a try if it gets too bad.
