Right after richard Clark. They both still have like 40 years before their contract has to be renewed, though, and then their Souls will be up for review.

As for Kim Jong Il, death is saddening, but sometimes necessary. He was a deeply troubled man to say the least and the fact the entire country is under such an oppressive government is discouraging. I can only imagine what can be done, though, if anything at all will/can be.

Who knows, maybe his son really hated him and will be all angsty and change all their policies and stuff. :o
