I didn't say I didn't like it, I made no judgement of whether it was good or bad. I simply said I am more hesitant to give it a chance, and I still gave it a chance. Also to correct your metaphor, it would be more accurate if it was "I didn't like Stephen Hawking's books because I don't like Stephen Hawking"
