Author Topic: Win 7 Anti-Virus Rogue - The after effects.  (Read 508 times)

So I've gotten rid of viruses like this before and it wasn't anything really new but I've gotten a little problem since then.

This being the problem. I haven't noticed what all programs do this, but I have noticed my Terraria World viewer and my Inv Edit both have this problem.

I heard it is common whenever you experience that virus.
So what shoud/can I do to fix this?

I don't know how...

Lol Terraria inventory editor.

Lol Terraria inventory editor.

Lol Terraria. I remember the two weeks that was cool.

My antivirus once managed to turn itself off a few months ago, and it ushered in throngs of viruses into my computer.
One complete system restore later, my computer still seems crippled; none of the USB ports on the left-hand side work any more.

Viruses suck because you can't sue anyone over them.

Reinstall .net Framework, it could have deleted some vital components, perhaps?
Or just do a system restore to the point before you got the virus

Probably because that doesn't work.

That would probably end up bring the virus back sadly.
I'll try reinstall .net Framework, but i'll hold on the System restore.
