Anyway, it was pretty decent, but the timing could have been better.

Thanks, I think the main reason the timing isn't great is just because I'm making the transitions a lot faster then in your video, so it's harder to get it right. But yeah I'll try to make timing better in the future. :)

The way I got my transitions was going through frame by frame in premier pro and listening for the beats. If your using something like Movie Maker it's a bit harder.
