Just turn on the damn swear filter. Why would you turn it off to begin with, and ban others because your innocent little eyes cannot comprehend the gutter-mouth words you have perceived on your screen when its preventable. Deal with it or get off, you'll have to face that crap anyway sometime in your life unless you're completely sheltered. Grow up.
