don't be cheap, though - avast isn't as good as subscription AV programs (minus norton and mcafee because they're stuff). go buy kaspersky's or bitdefender, they're like $50 iirc.

I use microsoft security essentials, avast, and malwarbytes. I have not gotten a virus yet.
