What would be nice is if someone made an addon that worked like this...

If you have it installed, all of the permabans on your server get sent to a database. If three or more servers have the same person permabanned, he then gets permabanned from every server that he joins that also has that addon.


On topic:  So will you have this in the OP?

But then if they get banned by trolls, handicaps, noobs, and just plain bullies, then, they would be screwed. It's dumb to ban someone from more than the server they offended.

Just from those servers that want to use this banlist. We can't force everybody to use this new ban list. It would be up to the discretion of the server owner. Only people who show up many, many times on the ban lists would be included in this new one.

IE: somebody who deliberately stirs stuff up on multiple servers will be included, not somebody who breaks a rule on just one server.
