Why he/she should be admin: I've been an admin on Tezuni's CityRPG, Super admin on Surburb's CityRPG, Super admin on Reinforcement's JailRP , Super admin on GooeyChickinman's City Building, and admin on Roxio's CityRP (which he has been gone now). I've hosted a Blockland server before and know how to administrate in a server.
Why he/she shouldn't be admin: I might get upset if a user offends me or just pushes my buttons, which will rarely may not happen.

What position is he/she best at: Depending on what ranking you want to put on, it is your choice. (Mainly admin)
