Description: A white haired and pale skinned, male Arkanian. His eyes are pure white which can see infrared light and are very sensitive to solar rays. He has only four fingers, including a thumb, and he wears a black jacket over a red shirt with black pants. Inside the jacket is a lightsaber which he had bought off the black market. He keeps to himself and is very quiet, which is strange for his species are thought to be very outspoken and arrogant.
Background: As a young boy, he lived extravagently on Arkania, and his parents would buy him anything that he wanted. Although he had not known it, his father was a greedy politician who made money off of secret deals with enemy systems. One day, his fathered angered a sith lord and he assassins to eliminate Levi's mother and father right infront of him. After that day he went to live with some relatives on Hoth, another freezing planet, much like his homeplanet, where the plains were smothered in snow. There he contemplated his revenge on the sith lord, even going so far as to buy a lightsaber from the black market and practicing with it.
