Not to be dismissive, but this isn't really bad. Maybe you could make a drama if he came back and didn't "change" like he said he would.

In this case, TheArmyGuy posted about how sandvich said he's coming back, not that sandvich asked him to tell everyone he is coming back.

I'm pretty sure sandvich wanted to keep it secret

I think Badspot made the rules about perma-bans pretty clear - Buy a new key if you want another chance. Was he banned after the keys were implemented?

I told him he should just get a new key instead of sending some PM to Badspot but he's 'Poor' so he expects a grantage of 20 bucks from Badspot.

But in general people who are alts tend to be on a shorter leash unless otherwise they act better.
