lol popular video

Give it a loving rest Tony. Regardless of whether they own it or not, its a positive that you do not.
What the forget does it matter anyway? Stop dwelling on the mundane and move on.

I already knew what was happening, just from Tony's vague complaint "One of my YouTube videos got taken down." Tony you forgettard, how many times have you uploaded "Bronies in a Nutshell" now, three? Four? Butthurt bronies report it and it gets taken down. This is not something to be surprised about, it has happened before. Take it up with YouTube staff.

Did you try to stick ads on it or some stuff?

Last I checked this friend is making a false DMCA claim. They will put the video back unless the people with a legit claim wants it down.

you who gives the most stuff, Viacom. Back when I was younger (about a year ago lol) I tried to make a YTP. Well it took a while (wasn't that good, not good at editing skills). But RIGHT when I put it up it was taken down by stuff Inc. (Viacom). I gave full rights to them but they don't give 2 flying forgets in there stuff holes.

Oh and guess what, the guy who made the false DMCA claim is in deep stuff.

>only allowed to post 35 or less second video
>complain because your's is 36 seconds and it gets taken down because its illegal
>complain some more because you don't think a 36 second clip is illegal when obviously it said 35 seconds or less

You aren't loving getting it.

It's a false DMCA claim and he does not own any of the material that he claims he does. He is not allowed to do such a thing.

It's perjury. The person Lord Tony said filed it did not have the right nor was not legally acting on behalf of the actual video's owner to make a DMCA claim.

It works like this: the owner itself has to make the claim, otherwise YouTube doesn't have to do a thing.

Hasbro owns My Little Pony, not Billy and Mandy.
