Random Single Player Crashes

When ever I start a single player game, I start building a few bricks and then after about a minute it crashes.

First of all, remove Gamemode_CityRPG, it's weird and sometimes causes crashes.

Try to disable script_player_persistance, the log ends directly after

Loading persistence for BLID 999999
Applying persistence 1 0

and try again.
