The bPhone is for movies and props. This add-on is for complete fools that are obviously not mentally developed enough to know this is stupid.

Anyway.
People, if you don't like it, then don't use it.
If you don't like seeing people using this mod, you can use the client-sided mute mod if you want.
If people abuse this and get banned, then they wont be going back to you're server, and you'll have 1 less idiot to worry about pestering your server.

If you're too lazy to punish them like you should, I'm whipping up a client-sided passive (that means all you have to do is drop it in addons and it'll do the test) mod that will un-asciify any chat.
