Author Topic: Nobody can join my server's anymore! HELP!  (Read 1156 times)

Just the other day when I hosted a server everyone could join. Now when I host, anyone who tries to join just gets the repeated message when they try to join. /discuss

I'm losing faith of this EVER being fixed...

Port Forward.

Yeah, That's a problem.

I have a BTHomeHub 1.5 and no idea what the username and pass for accessing the port forward page is. Also, BT sucks balls when it comes to helping me with it.

BT Home Hub Default Password
•Home Hub v2: The default password for Home Hub V2 units is printed on a sticker on the back of the Home Hub, labeled "Admin password"
•Home Hub V1 (old): On older Home Hub v1.0 Home Hubs (for software before v6.2.6E), the default username is 'admin' and the default password is 'admin' (lowercase)
•Home Hub v1 (new) and 1.5: On later versions of the Home Hub v1.x, the default username is admin (powercase), and the default password is the unique Home Hub serial number (either on the sticker on the back or underneath the hub after the 'S/N:' bit).
Notes: The password is case-sensitive. The first three letters are normally "CP0" (number zero). Ignore the bit in brackets after the serial number. You are normally prompted to change this password.

Ok thank you, I will try this tomorrow

Next time, use google search for these things. I just searched for "BTHomeHub 1.5 Default Username and Password"

Already tried to see if you local IP isn't changed? Sometimes by a modem, a port is opened on one IP. Example: 192.168.x.12, and it the IP is changed the port doesn't accept connections.

How would I find out if my IP had changed?

Then your router has a different Username + Password. You have to dig around to find out what it is. Probably your parents changed it or somthing and now the forgot. If that happened, we can't help you.

My mother doesn't know it, so might there be a number I can call or A website I can use to retrieve it?

Try one more time having
Username:admin Password:admin
or
Username:admin Password:root
or
Username:root Password:admin
If none work, there should be a reset button on the back up the router. That should reset username and password to deafult.
(One above or the one from post from before.)
