Why don't people join my server?

I never even get connection requests in my console anymore. Rarely do people join, and if they do, they disconnect right after, or come, spawn, then leave. People come to servers just like mine and stay forever, but of course not mine! I was building today and some person comes just to ask for admin then left when I said no.

People always come to my server for some reason, even when it's named "nothing", I got like 9 people at once today for that dumb title. Hehe.
