How do you type the asterisk? (*)

To be honest, I just remembered that there is an asterisk on the numpad.

I type asterisks through a series of complicated codes and metamorphs finally resulting in a final code which only I know. This stops hackers from abusing my asterisks and I can go to sleep happy, knowing they are all safe.
