Try it on any other computer in your house to see if it's the computer or the internet. If the computer, go get CCleaner and have it fix the probably hundreds of registry errors i bet you have. If the internet, A. make sure there's nothing running in your house that could hurt it badly, ie, a torrent seeding without your knowledge forever or your dad constantly streaming research or something, B. It could be time for better internet.
