Please stop reporting this.  It is clearly billed as a collection, not original work.  There is no "stealing" going on here.

why would you include building 6 or whatever, thats a default save
also a lot of those buildings look stolen, probably from a freebuild or something
i have that suspicion because the quality levels from many buildings is incredibly different.

on second thought, definitely stolen, or borrowed without permission.
