Author Topic: My mom wants to put my dog to sleep in 15 minutes.  (Read 18637 times)

You're a loving starfish. Theres somebody who I know from my old highschool who was notorious for acting roostery ass hell to everyone. I constantly say he is annoying and generally do not like dealing with him. About a month ago he was involved in a car accident which totaled his car. Despite me not liking him I still made sure he was okay and tried to help in any way I could. Just because you don't like someone doesn't mean its alright to bash them in situations like this.
There's a difference between getting in a wreck and getting your old as hell cancer-afflicted pet put out of its misery.

You know what, since you been such a prick to so many people, not many people care if your dog is going to die.
Please, go to hell.

I've never had to put any pet of mine to sleep, ever. I feel bad for you Tony, I can see how much pain you are in, sorry for your loss.
:'(

dogs are emotionless beasts, pay no mind to its supposed "crying", its just a defense mechanism to make people think they have feelings (they don't)

This man is smart, this is true even if he is just joking.

If wolfs cried like humans they would be extinct, giving away their location to other animals bigger than them like bears and such this trait was carried to their relative... The dog and dingos. So they don't cry tears, and they don't genuinely "cry".

Instead their scent changes, which the scent glands are responsible for. Our scent glands are primitive, so crying is the only options humans have. Our scent "glands" are located near the groin/crotch and armpits, where bacteria thrive. Dog and cat scent glands are typically located between the digits of the paws, another location is the around the brown town region. The scent is undetectable by all species, if their own. The un-scented scent(irony) changes the brain chemistry in their own species and similar species. Which causes certain actions to take place,"Aggressive behavior, Defensive behavior, etc." As stated before, we have something similar. But our scent glands are located near the groin and under-arm area. These scents are legitimately called "Pheromones." If you must know, the armpit scent glands are called the apocrine glands.

SO! Dogs do not legitimately cry. It is a foolish defense mechanism that tricks you into to thinking they have genuine emotions. I don't know any animal with true emotions that eats babies. Because I certainly don't eat babies.

Bottom line. Dogs are selfish creatures and were never taught to be loving and caring. The only thing keeping them from killing their young is hard-wired instinct. To prove that dogs are not loving or self aware: when giving birth they will walk around, EVEN SIT ON THE BABY THIS WILL loving KILL IT, etc.,  not knowing they are giving birth to a live being. Thus the baby is injured or even dead.

Although dogs have emotions like fear. They are not to be interpreted like human emotions, we are not the same. Dogs have fear to keep themselves alive this is trigger by pain or intimidation, not for social communication.

The many known animals like us that will cry, mourn their dead, or even rescue other animals from danger are:
Elephants, dolphins, primates, etc.

Sorry for biology lesson. I just wanted to begin a crack down on pet lovers.

Well Tony, I cant very well say that you didnt deserve the sadness, but I wouldnt wish that on anyone. I work at a vet clinic during the summer and every time they put down an animal and I see an owner or child shed a tear, I die a little inside.

Gee thanks Woolys for telling Tony his dog was an emotionless smelly killer. :(

That's all dogs are.

There's a difference between getting in a wreck and getting your old as hell cancer-afflicted pet put out of its misery.

The wreck was just an brown townogy. Putting a pet down is rough. You see your pets everyday and they are always there to greet you. There is no need to bash somebody who is forced to put their animal down.

Your welcome :3

It's a bad brown townogy then, seeing as how someone could potentially get seriously injured or even killed in a wreck.
I'm not saying I wouldn't be sad if my dog died, but I sure as hell wouldn't come crying to a message board to whine about it. He needs to get over it on his own, because he doesn't deserve the sympathy of anyone here after all the stuff he's started.

It's moments like these where the massive friends reveal themselves as being such.

Anyway, I'm very sorry for your loss and I hope you feel better. My family had to have a pet put down a few years ago, it felt like someone or something was missing for a long time.... :(

If people didn't want to sympathize for him they don't have to by not posting in the thread. If people are willing to sympathize for him then there's no problem.

It's ironic yet sad that Lord Tony's drama topic is right below this one.

It's moments like these where the massive friends reveal themselves as being such.
Holy loving stuff, this.
Is anything he has done so bad that you need to bash the living stuff out of someone that is saddened by the loss of a beloved pet?  God damn, you people need to learn to let stuff go.

You know what, since you been such a prick to so many people, not many people care if your dog is going to die.
Who is this.

HONK

I think people think we are also animals and most of us are cruel starfishs ourselves, so don't act all high and mighty because you have higher brain function to inflict pain and such with.
