Tilt your head back and pinch the bridge of your nose.
At least, that's how I take care of nose bleeds.

take a huge wad of tissues and shove it up your nose. wait until they bleed into visibility and then take it out and replace it.
repeat.

and tilt your head back a bit, but not so much to the point where you're swallowing your own blood.
