I don't know what to call this concept, but it seems whenever a minority or group of any sort feels pressured or persecuted in any way for any amount of time, they seem to lash back with more force at the majority in some way, and get the legal protection to do so.

That statistic means nothing. If 1% of the population owns 99% money or whatever, who is that 1%? That 1% is all of the billionaires who started out in the 60s or something back when everyone was loveist. If the men have the billionaires on their side and the women are still 70% of them, then that means if you took the billionaires away the women would probably make more than the men.
