people are friends when it comes to the law. you can't use the law as an excuse for being a douche, has it occurred to anyone that the law isn't perfect, nor does it take into account specialities? besides, if they call the cops i doubt they'd care, they probably have more important calls on loving new years than "some kids had some snap pops in the park!" if someone did that to me i would go to their loving lawn and set the loving rockets off. see how they like the damn fireworks when they are in their house.
Except that sounds pretty damn illegal.
