Why aren't we allowed to visit the Fail Bin?

A lot of topics are really good to laugh at and I'd like to see those topics, but then they get moved to the Fail Bin and you can't view them anymore. If it was some kind of bad file, they could at least remove the download link or something.

When the fail bin was accessible, the links were removed, but you could still comment them. Many people visited that board just to whine and cry about stuff being failed so it was decided that it might be a better idea to hide the shame from the people.
