No reason for there not to be. Do some searching and you might find one.

it's not a patch. you replace the entire directory with the 18+ version and edit a config file to make achievements work.

18+ version is also about 3x the price so glhf with that.

this might be another can of worms entirely, but nekopara is a kinetic VN. no choices to make, no branching plot or different endings.
