It's probably something Badspot uses for some reason to monitor the forum or some stuff, hence the name Idle. (Why he couldn't do it from his admin control panel thingy *if he has one* I don't know) - and he made it a 14 year old girl for the lulz.

You need to be actively browsing the forums (or possibly just refreshing) for it to count.
