My style of being the server administrator is basically along the simple lines of, playing what the server is offering, kicking people once for disobeying the rules (Strike 1), giving a 1 minute ban for a second offense (Strike 2), and giving a permanent ban for a third offense (Strike 3 = Out).

I only posted mine because he gave me the opportunity to be administrator as long as I posted some referrals. I am not sure what Eussorus was doing by copying my post format. Even still, I would recommend him :)
