Author Topic: Do you talk to yourself?  (Read 2441 times)

OH, and I'll even pretend to be in a conversation or argument late at night when I'm bored and go back and forth with small talk and rebuttals respectively.
So much of this.

I sometimes talk to my dog and cat when I'm in the kitchen, I suppose that can count as talking to myself since he never responds and so I make things up myself.
That and when I'm playing games, I pretend to commentate. It's even worse with solitaire though.

On occasions but not aloud.

Of course. I'm such an interesting person!

When I'm trying to get something to work.

"This should go here, and if I flip this around, then drag this over here, it should all work."

Yes, but not when other people are around.

I walk to myself while playing games and drawing.
The games deal came from watching too much TotalBiscuit and Jesse Cox. And the Yogscast. The art thing, I dunno where that came from, but every time I screw up, I'm all like, "forget. Okay, so rotate this, scale it down a little, no, that's too much" ect. ect.

When you're talking to yourself, you're actually talking to voice inside you.
When you're talking to a voice inside you, you're actually talking to your Guardian Angel.
When you're talking to your Guardian Angel, you're actually talking to God.
When you think this stuff is real, your just insane.

:3

I only talk to myself when I know I'm in range of someone else I want them hearing.

I talk to myself nearly constantly, and am almost always narrating what I am doing aloud. Not like "I wake up and put on my shoes and get coffee", mind you more like if I am at work organizing a shelf I would go "this goes here, and this, oh actually I can move this here, awesome. Ok so now I can fit these guys here and..." yeah. I think it annoys all my coworkers. But then maybe its not that, maybe its just cause im a richard

Yes, I do it a lot and probably too much
oh well
