Sometimes I have a conversation with "myself". I put myself in quotations because I'm not really talking to myself, more-so planning out how I want a conversation to go the next day when I talk to someone. I'll think in my head what they're response will probably be on how well I know them and what we are talking about, and out loud I'll talk as if I am actually having the conversation. Seems to make conversations for me much easier so I don't have to scramble around in my head and think of what I should say.
