I would love a 60kb/s download rate right now. For the past 2 months I'd be lucky to get 20kb/s.

Just because your situation is worse that doesn't mean his is automatically great. There is no law against complaining for very slow download speeds. Mine is like 600kb anyway.

I usually get 600KB - 700KB, but yesterday when I was downloading GMOD again, I was at a crash and burn DL speed, (300KB/s, than crashed down to 100KB, then sometimes didn't download at all), it was steam. Because the other day I downloaded TF2 at 650KB/s average.

i bought skyrim here and I have been just as dying to play it as you. Atleast your download is at least at above 10%.

I wont even go back to the U.S for another few weeks so yeah, you can probably wait another day, let it download over night.
